The most underrated and underperformed portion of most spinal decompression practices is the front desk's ability to properly handle the often times difficult questions over the phone from prospective patients. It is our experience that only about 10% of clinics are properly trained to answer phone calls from prospective patients. Trainings include the best answers for questions like "How much does it cost", "Does my insurance cover it", "Is it covered by Medicare", "Why isn't it covered by Medicare", and more.
